Charity Campaigns

The Paulovia Islands is a fantasy but the donations paulovia.org makes and the organisations listed on this page and the work they do is very real. We support all these organisations and encourage you to do so as well.

We have created fundraising pages for our selected charities on the independent and secure charity donation site JustGiving.com. Just follow the box links or 'widgets' under your chosen charity profile and donate. View our current beneficiary charities and donations below.

UPDATE: Our campaign on behalf of PLAN International closed on 8 September 2011 and raised 141.96 GBP.

Donations have been possible through sales of Paulovia postage stamps and the Honorary Citizenship programme. Together we have made a difference. Thank you!

As of 09 December 2013 Paulovia has raised and donated £501.06 GBP to charity (excludes our Loan-Aid programme).

Medecins Sans Frontieres / Doctors Without Frontiers provides international humanitarian medical relief and health programmes through volunteer doctors and nursing staff. MSF is often one of the first non-government organisations (NGO) to arrive in a war zone or disaster area. A regular financial contribution will help this respected organisation continue its international work. Learn more about MSF on YouTube

WaterAid works in 17 countries providing drinking water, sanitation and health education to some of the poorest people in the world; things most of us take for granted in Europe and North America. Help them provide clean water and sanitation by raising money, volunteering, campaigning or donating to WaterAid. WaterAid on YouTube

Ethiopia Hope is a small UK charity run by Angela and Mike King who devote much of their spare time and vacations to helping adults and children near Bahir Dar in Ethiopia. Ethiopia Hope benefits a small community and provides tangible results, giving great satisfaction to those who undertake the work and for those who simply support Ethiopia Hope.
