Paulovia is a fantasy but the organisations listed on this page and the work they do is very real. We support all these organisations by regular donations and encourage you to do so as well.

	Medecins Sans Frontieres / Doctors Without Frontiers provides international humanitarian medical relief and health programmes through volunteer doctors and nursing staff. MSF is often one of the first non-government organisations (NGO) to arrive in a war zone or disaster area.
