Ethiopia Hope is a small UK charity run by Angela and Mike King who devote much of their spare time and vacations to helping adults and children near Bahir Dar in Ethiopia. Ethiopia Hope benefits a small community and provides tangible results, giving great satisfaction to those who undertake the work and for those who simply support Ethiopia Hope.
Since 2003 Mike and Angela King have been raising funds to help the people of Bahir Dar. In 2008 sales of calenders raised over £1000 GBP which enabled more houses to be built for the poor. It also allowed for several children to receive an education and helped families become self sufficient.
