National Assembly

The Paulovia National Assembly is a single house comprised of the royal appointed Council of Ministers and the elected representatives of the Paulovia Islands. All Members of the Assembly receive an annual salary from the National Treasury and elected representatives serve for a maximum term of five years before elections must take place.

The monarch receives recommendations from the First Minister of the Council and from Assembly Spokesman for the elected Members the names of those to be considered for appointment to the Cabinet of the Paulovia National Government.. See the Constitution for details.
